Why It Isn’t A Bad Thing If You’re An Outsider Who Never Fits In

Why It Isn’t A Bad Thing If You’re An Outsider Who Never Fits In

Outsiders are those of us who never feel like they belong anywhere so we tend to isolate ourselves and it helps us find peace, freedom, and a sense of acceptance.

I always felt like an outsider, from when I was a little kid and ass a teenager, I used it to my advantage and made myself even more of an outsider.

If you are like me, you know the feeling of not fitting in but I’m here to tell you that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with you. In fact, you are one of the rare people who is truly unique. Your sense of not belonging comes from the fact that your soul is awakened.

Not everyone feels connected to their soul. Outsiders are actually empathetic and highly sensitive people. They are spiritually awakened people who find it difficult to live in a world that focuses on power, money, and fame.

Not everyone gets you, and I know the feeling. They probably think that you’re lonely or weird because you’re an outsider but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Here’s why it isn’t a bad thing if you’re an outsider who never fits in:

1. You don’t let society tell you how to think or act

You think with your mind, and you act according to your will. Outsiders don’t let society brainwash them into thinking or acting in a specific way.

They are free spirits, and they dance to the beat of their own drum. Conforming is not their thing, and fitting into a crowd will never be their goal.

2. You listen to your inner compass

The voice within you tells you what the right thing to do is. It’s like you have an inner compass that leads you to where you want to be.

You don’t need anyone to tell you what you should know because you know it all by yourself. You are never afraid to speak up because you know the difference between right and wrong.

3. You connect with your soul

This is why you form more meaningful and deeper connections; after all, only deep connections are real, and you’re well aware of it.

That is why you aren’t superficial, and you don’t engage in small talk. Those who want to connect with you will have to be ready to have meaningful conversations.

4. You listen to your heart

When you are an outsider, you have enough solitude and silence to listen to your heart; it’s the only way to understand what it wants.

You know your heart very well, and you are well aware of exactly who you are. Maybe it’s a mistake that you think with your heart and not with your head, but you have to do what’s right.

5. You can be whoever you want to be

As an outsider, you have room and space to become whoever you want to be. When you don’t let society dictate how you should look or act, you can be whoever you want to be.

There’s nothing stopping you from being the person you want to be, and you shouldn’t care what others think.

6. You observe other people

And it makes you more compassionate and wise. So, maybe you’re not part of a crowd, but you get to observe them and learn from them, which has made you insightful as well as sympathetic.

7. You can find your soul group

you can keep him

When you’re an outsider, you have the chance to find a like-minded group of individuals and you will have a greater connection with them as they are your soul group.

I have found mine, and I couldn’t be happier. So, be sure that you will also find a place where you belong, and it will be the best feeling in the world.

You have to admit that being an outsider isn’t such a bad thing. It is what takes you out of subconsciousness and takes you to the path of enlightenment.

After all, what more than feeling like an outsider would motivate you to start your spiritual journey by searching for a sense of belonging?

Being an outsider means that your soul is guiding you toward understanding, freedom, and true love. All great minds have been outsiders their whole lives and that is what made them search for something greater and become greater themselves.

It isn’t a pleasant feeling when you feel like you don’t belong anywhere, but it is what makes you search for your true home. After all, not everyone is precious and unique, and such people tend to get isolated.

Why do I feel like an outsider? I have asked myself that question ever since I was a kid and what I later realized was that I don’t like wearing a mask and pretending.

I don’t like it when people tell me what to do. Fitting in actually comes with a lot of conditions and you have to change who you are in order to fit in.

Don’t ever do that. Don’t change who you are just so you could fit in with a group of people who are probably beneath you anyway.

Your true colors are beautiful, and you’ll meet people who will never want you to change. After all, when you fit in, you want to fit in as you, not as someone you’re pretending to be.

Try searching for people who share similar interests as you. They have probably felt like outsiders all their lives too.

Why would you want to fit in with those so much different from you, anyway? There are people who will accept you and love you as you are.

I stopped being an outsider when I joined an acting class, and I highly recommend it. It will put you in the spotlight (literally), and you will get to be whoever you want to be.

It will do wonders for your confidence and self-esteem but what’s best about it is that you’ll get to meet people who might finally be the group in which you fit in.

If acting is not your thing, go with anything else that interests you and find others who care about it just the same. Maybe you’ll always be an outsider, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t find a place where you belong and people just like you. Good luck!
