Heartbreaks are always painful, but they are a part of life. Just think of all those happy couples you know about. They, too, went through a couple of nasty heartbreaks before they finally found each other.
A break-up often happens when we don’t expect it. Everything seems fine, and you think that you have it all under control, but then it falls apart. All you worked for turns out to be for nothing, and it really hurts.
Not a lot of things are as painful as the ending of a relationship. When you realize that your loved one doesn’t feel the same way about you and that they never will, it’s a soul-crushing experience.
You feel like your whole world is tumbling down, and you are powerless to stop it.
It’s time that you realize that you have to move on, whether you like it or not.
Tell your ex-partner how badly they hurt you. Scream at them and make yourself clear, but then pick yourself up off the ground, turn around, walk away and never look back.
You have to respect yourself enough to continue with your life without the person who has caused you so much pain.
The problem with break-ups is that they are always on your mind when they’re happening, and it’s hard to shift focus. However, you have to focus on something else and preserve your self-esteem.
Don’t blame yourself for what happened. You need to understand that it’s not your fault. You loved this person with all of your heart, but they rejected you.
They didn’t think that you were the right person for them, and it makes you feel like you did something wrong. You didn’t. If this person can’t love you for who you are, they did you a favor by breaking up with you.
It’s better than to keep leading you on when they know that they could never love you as much as you love them.
What could have happened if you had stayed together? They could have pretended that they were okay with how things were and have given you false hope.
The end of that would have been even more painful than this that is happening right now. So, you’re not the one for the person you thought was your ‘the one’. It turned out that you were wrong, and this is not your soulmate.
When you find true love, it will be with someone who loves you just as much as you love them. The other person never loved you the way you deserve, and you would have only wasted more time if you had stayed with them.
It’s time for you to pick yourself up and move on with your life. You have to love yourself enough not to chase someone who doesn’t want to be chased. I know that it hurts, but moving on is the only option you have left.
You’re either going to move on now or wait for the pain to pass with time. Isn’t sooner always better than later? The sooner you figure out that you have to move on, the sooner the pain will start fading.
Would you rather spend your time trying to fix a relationship that was never meant to last? Consider this break-up as a blessing. Someone who isn’t right for you has finally shown that and it opens up the possibility of finding the one who is.
If you had stayed in this broken relationship, you would have only lost the chance to meet your true soulmate. Everything happens for a reason, and what’s meant to be yours will always come to you.
Stop wasting your time and energy on those who aren’t really worth it. Use that time to focus on yourself instead. It hurts now, but once you meet your soulmate, you’ll know that it was all worth it.
Every one of us has gone through what you’re going through right now. After some time of healing, it worked out for the best. It happened to all of us who met the one after some bad break-ups, and it will happen to you too.
Just don’t let yourself lose your self-esteem and dignity for someone who is definitely not worth it. Realize that you’ll soon forget all about the pain you’re feeling right now. With time, you’ll heal, and you’ll meet someone new.
Sure, cry about it to your favorite song and go out and get drunk but after you wake up, take a long shower, look yourself in the mirror and smile because amazing things will now come your way.
You have actually just gotten rid of what was stopping you from experiencing them.
You will pull through this and get yourself back together and then some other person will come along and steal your heart.
They always say that a heart really has been broken after a heartbreak, and that is why it’s called that but the truth is, a heart can’t be broken; it can just be hurt, but the thing about it is that it always heals.
There’s someone out there who will take your heart and be careful with it. They will treasure it and make sure it never hurts. After all, they will want you to take care of their heart with the same love.
Another thing that you need to know is that the one who has broken your heart is going to regret it. However, by then, it will be too late, and you’ll already be happy with someone who truly deserves you.
The path to true love isn’t easy, and there will be some heartbreaks along the way, but all they do is lead you to true love.
You have to move on from the wrong relationships in order to enter the right one.
Until then, work on loving yourself. You have probably neglected yourself during this bad relationship, and it’s time to change that around.
Move on. Live. Laugh. Love. It feels bad when the one you love doesn’t think you’re right for them, but you have to move on. After all, it’s the only way to find true love.
