You need to understand that what happened to you was not your fault.

We go through life, and it brings us a lot of bad things we have to deal with in order to move on and see the great things that are just around the corner. But sometimes those bad things are just too much for us to take and we don’t have the strength to deal with them. We fall, and it seems like we will never be able to get up again.

But even though what happened to you was not your fault, it’s your responsibility to find the strength within you to continue. You owe it to yourself to fight and prepare for all the great things that are coming your way.

You didn’t deserve what happened to you, and it’s a shame you had to go through that, but we have to face all the obstacles on our way to success, no matter how hard it seems at times. What happened to you was not fair, and you didn’t do anything to deserve it, but now you have to do something to change it.

You deserve to be happy again and trust me, no matter how unlikely it seems at this point, you will get better, and things will be great again.

We are all traumatized by something, but it is true that what doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger. You have the power within you to fight and heal. Time heals all wounds, and it’s your job to let it heal yours.

Healing is our responsibility because we can’t let one bad experience ruin all the others for us, and we don’t want to transfer that negative energy on to everything we do and everyone who surrounds us. Don’t let some bad things in your life influence it so much that you can’t see the great things that are ahead of you.

Healing is our responsibility because if we want to lead a happy life, we can’t just sit helplessly and wait for it to happen, but we have to take action and make sure that we are ready for everything life brings our way. Don’t let one bad experience influence you so much that you lose faith that things are ever going to change, because trust me, they are, no matter how unlikely it seems to you right now.

Healing is our responsibility because we have the strength to go through all the obstacles life brings our way, and we have the power to heal after something bad happens. No one else can do it instead of you anyway, so why not roll up your sleeves and start putting your life back together.

Just think about all those successful people you have heard about who began with all the odds stacked against them, but they still managed to somehow beat the odds and get what they deserve. Because you too deserve the best, and even though bad things happen, once you deal with them and go on in spite of everything, you will feel even more successful once you reach your goals and start afresh.

Even though your friends and family can try helping you heal, no one can heal you instead of you, so it’s your responsibility to pick yourself up off the ground and get your life in order. And if anyone knows what it’s like to be on the ground, it’s me, because I had nothing but problems in my life. I had traumas I thought that I would never be able to forget. And I didn’t forget, but I have healed. It took a lot of time and willpower, but once I decided I was not going to let life stomp all over me, I took matters into my own hands and fought for what I thought I deserved.

And guess what? I have healed completely and got everything I ever dreamed of. I know it’s hard for you to believe that it will happen for you too because I didn’t believe it either when I was down. But it did happen for me, and it will happen for you, but it’s your responsibility to heal and get over your trauma.

Once you finally heal, you will not only return to who you were before the trauma, but you will become a new person and even a stronger and better one as well. You will become wiser because you will have learned from your experience, and you will become kinder because you will have more compassion for others who are going through something similar to what you went through.

When you put all your energy into healing and taking care of yourself, you will become who you always wanted to be, and no one will be able to compare with the confidence and self-esteem you will gain by achieving your goals and finally healing. You will make some big changes in your life, and things will never be the same because you will finally learn how to become and stay happy.

You are not meant to be broken. You are meant for great things, and it is your job to find it in you to fight for them because no one can do it for you. Trauma doesn’t mean anything, because it’s how you respond to it that truly matters and defines if the trauma is going to determine who you are – and trust me, it will, because it will show whether you are someone who just gives up or someone who fights and comes out of a tragedy as a hero.

People will admire you once they learn how you healed, and, what’s even more important, you will be proud of yourself because you will have managed to go through all that and still stay the amazing person that you are.

Pain is an inevitable thing that we all have to go through in life even if we haven’t done anything to deserve it, and that is not fair. But trust me, life is fair after all, and it will make up for it. As much as you are hurting now, you will be even happier later when you see that you can go through anything, and nothing can keep you down.

Healing isn’t easy, and no one said that coming back after a trauma would be an easy task, but it is your responsibility because you owe it to yourself to fight and prove that you can do anything. Because you are simply that strong and nothing can break your spirit.

By facing your fears, you will realize that pain is nothing but an emotional state that you keep alive, and you can also choose to end it and live happily again. Don’t dwell on the past ’cause there’s nothing there that could be useful to you except the precious lessons you are bringing with you on your path.

What are you thinking right now? Are you ready to face your problems and heal your wounds, or are you just going to stay sad and wait for a miracle? And that miracle will happen, but only if you make it happen because the miracle lies within you, and it’s your power to heal that makes it a miracle.

I remember when I hit rock bottom. Everything around me was falling apart like a house of cards, and even though it wasn’t my fault, I couldn’t do anything about it. So I just stayed there and watched it all take a turn for the worse. I was left with nothing, and I thought that my spirit was broken.

But I decided to fight, and as soon as I put effort into changing my life, the universe seemed to be on my side, and everything started to seem better. I slowly took care of every aspect of my life until I was pleased with how all the pieces came together.

I decided to heal, and so can you. Now, when I look back, I can’t believe how close I was to giving up, but I fought anyway, and now I have everything I have ever dreamed of. Because I didn’t let my trauma ruin me like it ruined everything in my life, I instead rebuilt my life even better than it was before. And now I walk proud, knowing that I have the strength to overcome any obstacle on my way toward success.

Healing is your responsibility because you owe it to yourself, your life, and your loved ones to be stronger than the trauma you had. And as time goes by and you rebuild your life, it will seem like that trauma wasn’t as bad as it seems now. Because it will be long behind you, and nothing will be left of your wounds except a small scar that will remind you of how brave and strong you really are. Because you are, and you know it, so don’t let anything get you down.

You have the power to change your life and when is a better opportunity to do so than after a trauma that seemed like the worst thing that could have possibly happened. But it wasn’t, and it happened for a reason that you will realize long after it has all passed and you have healed.

Because everything happens for a reason and God is testing you to see if you really have the willpower to fight for what you deserve. And once you show that willpower, the universe will be on your side and you will see how the universe will help you achieve your goals; it’s just up to you to take the first step and start changing your life.

Healing is your responsibility, and once you take that step, everything will take a turn for the better, and you will finally see how amazing life can be.
