How To Make Your November A Whole Lot Better

We are almost at the end of 2017, and I can’t believe. November is my favorite month, every year at this time I start doing some things which I wanted to work all year, but I did not. For me November is a month of change, I hope this list will help you. Maybe it will fill you with happiness, maybe you will make some changes in your health, or maybe you can do these things because of fun.


  • Have a vegetable week, or maybe two, your body will be thankful.
  • Work out at least once a month.
  • Write a list of the things you’re thankful for.
  • Prepare for Christmas, get organized everything. Avoid mad rush at the end of December, so just start preparing everything earlier.
  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator, your legs will be grateful.
  • Make a gratitude tree.
  • Get creative and make turkey cookies.
  • Watch every show you want, even if they are stupid or unpopular. Do it for yourself.
  • Try to make dinner at home, at least three nights a week.
  • Suprise yourself with something you want at least once a month.
  • Plan a weekend trip for the month.
  • Do something crazy with your friends.
  • Push yourself to eat healthier food, don’t order it, make it in your kitchen.
  • Write one person each day this month and tell them how grateful you are for them in your life.
  • Spend a day cleaning your living space.
  • Read as many books as you can.
  • Make your gifts instead of buying them.
  • Start writing a journal, write every little detail.
  • Organize your time, buy a planner and try to use it even when November ends.

  • Find a hobby and stick to it for more than a couple week.

  • Ask someone for forgiveness. Even if it’s just you.
  • Maybe you should go on a Tinder dates. Don’t cancel them, maybe you will meet someone who will fit you perfectly.
  • Whenever somebody text you, answer them, don’t be rude.
  • Be nice to everybody, smile more often, be kind.
  • Start writing holiday cards.
  • Catch some R&R in your favorite cozy sweater.
  • Take yourself on dates at least once a month, you will have fun.
  • Stop ghosting boys and other that you are not interested in.
  • Be honest with yourself, and be honest with your friends.
  • Take some family photos.
  • Don’t be afraid to say ‘no’.
  • Don’t hang out with people who are holding you back, you don’t need it in your life.
  • When it is time to sleep, sleep, stop scrolling your phone, or watching TV.
  • Send texts to your friend and family, just to remind them that you miss them.
  • Enjoy a PJ day.
  • Unplug from technology for a day.
  • Don’t save your holiday shopping for the last minute.
  • Try to recycle more.
  • Do a random act of kindness.
  • It is a perfect time to organize your chaos, try to change your method of organizing.
  • Understand that it is totally okay to do things by myself.
  • Take yourself on a trip that you want to go, even if it means going alone.
  • Go outside and play in the leaves.
  • Love yourself, no matter what.
  • Focus on yourself, because you deserve to be selfish.
  • Cuddle up in blankets and enjoy some hot cocoa.
