Couples who gym together stay together. It may be a little intimidating at first to go with your partner, but it’s a great way to motivate yourself to go, at least. This doesn’t have to mean being sexual. This can mean using a couples app, or phoning each other each night before you go to sleep. For long distance relationships in particular, it’s vital that you find ways to stay close with your partner when they’re elsewhere. It also applies for when you’re together. Even if you’re not a sexual person, things like cuddles are important for keeping the pair of you close.
