Love Relationships

Distance Means So Little When Someone Means So Much

Written by Lauren Dover

Distance means so little when someone means so much.

Many people believe that long distance relationships are never going to work out. But the truth is if you are giving your best, there is nothing to be afraid of.

There will be people who are skeptical and that’s fine. Just make sure that you don’t let this affect the both of you who are actually in the relationship. As long as you respect and trust each other and you know how to make the relationship work best for both of you, who cares what other people say.

Nobody says it is going to be easy. Things could get complicated, and you could get sad and lonely at times, but it will all past.

It isn’t easy to be so in love with your partner and not being able to see them every day. There will be times when you would give anything just to be able to gaze into their eyes and hold their hand, even for a few minutes.

There will be times when long distance sucks. Like really, really sucks. And the only person who can make you feel better is the one person you can’t be with at that moment. It’s ok to let yourself feel the emotions of those moments; cry, punch a pillow, write it down, whatever you need to do. But know, that moments will past.

But distance will give you a reason to love harder. Every day remind yourself that when two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

Distance is a reminder that every moment together is special, and every second together should be cherished.

Believe in yourself, in your partner and believe in your love, and you will succeed. I promise.
